I think in another life I was a health and fitness instructor. I am so passionate about staying fit and active. It can really make or break your day. When I compare my mental state of mind before and after a workout it is a night and day difference. I hope by sharing this helps you in your health and fitness journey.  At the end of the day I am just a woman who loves to be active and enjoys finding new ways to stay in shape with fun work outs.
